North Jackson FKC

This 15,000 square foot renal dialysis facility was awarded to Blackline through a competitive bid process. The first phase included demolition to the existing interiors along with shell improvements and replacement of all underground utilities and affected site paving. The second phase was the tenant build-out comprising 25 dialysis stations and supporting facilities. Although construction ran concurrent with the Covid-19 pandemic, the project was completed on schedule and was used for Covid-19 positive patients.
