Kempton founded Blackline in 2012 to provide the highest quality construction services available, and he has spent the succeeding years building a team that does exactly that.  He has over twenty years of experience as a construction executive, and he is the qualifying party for all of Blackline’s professional licenses throughout the country.  Kempton is an accredited professional with both the Design-Build Institute of America and the American Society for Healthcare Engineering.  As President, Kempton oversees all aspects of design and construction from conception through project delivery.  He is passionate about creating value for his clients, and he credits exceptional service and unwavering accountability for Blackline’s past success and future growth.
