Brandon serves as Blackline’s Senior Project Manager with experience spanning every phase of the construction process — from field oversight and estimating through preconstruction, administration, and project management. He’s contributed to over one hundred successful projects for Blackline across a broad range of sectors, including historical restoration, shell adaptive reuse, retail and high-rise buildouts, and a variety of healthcare facilities, including dialysis clinics, surgical centers, and free-standing emergency centers.

At Blackline, Brandon directs all project scheduling efforts and oversees field operations. He assumes a central role in design-build and preconstruction efforts, fine-tuning scopes to maximize cost efficiencies while maintaining performance-based requirements. His expertise is often reserved for the most challenging projects, where his ability to find dynamic solutions to complex problems delivers the most value for our clients.
