This project included the demolition and removal of existing fences, sidewalks, parking areas, restrooms, and ticket booths. A new ticket and concessions stand was constructed that also houses the electrical equipment to operate the field lighting. A complete remodel of the public restrooms was performed, including upgrading areas to meet ADA compliance.
An extensive structural and cosmetic upgrade of the bleachers complimented the addition of over 20,000 SF of new concrete sidewalks to encompass the field. Construction was coordinated with the installation of a new artificial playing surface to the meet the accelerated schedule, and the first home game of the season was played at the upgraded facility.
