Blackline was selected through a competitive bid process to complete shell and interior renovations for this 9,000 SF outpatient dialysis clinic.  Blackline played an integral role in the assessments of the existing structure to support the design of structural steel additions for a new roof mounted HVAC system. The project shared a demising wall and roofline with a neighboring medical facility, yet the work was completed with zero disruption to the service of patients at the adjacent facility.
