‘We recently worked with Blackline Corp of Biloxi, MS, on two turn-key construction projects. Both projects were designed by and constructed under the professional guidance of our firms, MP Design Group and Machado | Patano, PLLC.
The first project was South Mississippi Home Therapies in Gulfport, MS. It consisted of a 5,100 square foot kidney dialysis home training facility for Fresenius Medical Care. The second was the New Medical Clinic for Memorial Physician Clinics in Ocean Springs, MS. This project consisted of a 4,900 square foot medical office to be occupied by Gulfport Memorial Hospital. Both projects were valued at over one million dollars.
As healthcare facilities, these two projects required a keen attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship. The projects also came with a tight completion schedule which required Blackline to coordinate subcontractors and vendors months in advance. Throughout both projects Blackline demonstrated their value by performing at a level that exceeded all requirements. As a testament to their ability to execute, Blackline completed South Mississippi Home Therapies on time and at the agreed upon price. They did even better on the New Medical Clinic for Memorial Physician Clinics by coming in under budget and 30 days ahead of the completion deadline. Needless to say the owner was quite pleased.
