Blackline was selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for this 12,000 SF Ambulatory Vascular Surgery Center. Blackline facilitated the selective demolition of the existing clinic and removal of the existing MRI machines. One wing of the building was completely removed to allow for the construction of a new parking area. The existing MEP and Sprinkler systems were removed, and major upgrades were installed to meet current standards and codes. Blackline worked with the architect to design and install a new portico over the new driveway and entrance. With a total project duration of only ninety days, Blackline was able to complete all demolition and the construction of ten patient bays, four operating rooms, and associated support areas.
